This month, the popular Green City Market’s chef demos include Jason Miller (David Burke’s Primehouse; Saturday the 7th), pastry maven Gale Gand (Tru, Gale’s Coffee Bar; Saturday the 14th), Carrie Nahabedian (Naha; Wednesday the 18th) and Christophe David (NoMI; Wednesday the 25th). Each will prepare a dish using market ingredients, interacting and sharing the results with a seated audience, who will receive copies of the recipe.
