Tequila with sangrita chaser
The Four Seasons celebrates Mexican independence with a five-day festival (September 5–9) featuring that country’s spicy fare, hot music and libations muy especiales in Seasons, Seasons Café and the Lounge.
There will be a special menu from executive chef Kevin Hickey and visiting chef Martin San Roman (Tijuana's Rincón San Román) in the dining rooms; margaritas, tequila flights and mescals that can be enjoyed in the restaurants or in the lounge; a Sunday brunch with Mexican cuisine, artists and music; plus raffles for getaways to two Four Seasons Mexico locations.
