Chicago Magazine's Dish is reporting that Wolfgang Puck Grand Café in Evanston shuttered this past Monday – and that its staff was given just a night's notice. The closure marks the end of the New American cafe's seven-year run, and is the latest link in the quickly diminishing chain to fall by the wayside.
Meanwhile, Puck will launch a kosher cafe within the Spertus on November 30th in conjunction with the museum’s re-opening (618 S. Michigan Ave.).
