On Monday, October 8th, Osteria via Stato brings home the bacon at a five-course pork-centric wine dinner beginning with a reception featuring – drum roll – baconcello, bar chef Adam Seger’s creative savory twist on limoncello. Dishes will include pork confit, Italian pork sausage, wild boar Bolognese and a Gunthorp Farms Pork Chop (6:30 PM reception; 7 PM dinner; $69 per person; 312-642-8450).
