Respected – but evidently restless – chef Dudley Nieto is on the move again.
Chef Nieto, whose list of posts is a lengthy "where’s where" of quality Mex spots including, but not limited to, the closed Xel-Ha, Adobo Grill, Hacienda Tecalitlan, San Gabriel Mexican Cafe and Zapatista, has now taken over the kitchen at River North’s Zocalo, which opened last year.
