Brasserie Ruhlmann

Named for deco designer Emile-Jacques Ruhlmann, Brasserie Ruhlmann SteakHouse, a River North spin-off of a New York eatery, brings French classics, shellfish platters, expensive steaks and a food-friendly wine list to the former Montgomery Ward HQ; the grand decor feels like a movie set with its soaring ceiling hung with massive alabaster chandeliers, plush red upholstered banquettes, an elaborate mosaic floor, swanky bar and spacious Parisian-style sidewalk cafe.
