Fans of the famous fungi can celebrate the season and indulge their passion – until supplies run dry – with Spiaggia's annual Degustazione del Tartufo Biancho tasting menu. Paper-thin shavings of Alba white truffles will enhance six courses including sea urchin custard, thin-sliced Wagyu beef with EVOO and lemon, and fresh pasta filled with sheep’s milk ricotta and truffled pecorino.
