Chicagoans will have ample opportunity to toast one another throughout the month of February, when The Greater North Michigan Avenue Association (GNMAA) and Moët & Chandon sponsor a month of champagne-themed fun around town. Fireworks displays will illuminate the sky over the Chicago River every Saturday night at 6:30 PM (401 N. Michigan Ave.), with a special fireworks finale on Leap Day (February 29). Bubbly enticements include $50 glasses of Dom Perignon all month at The Signature Room; a five-day “Rosé Champagne Festival” February 13th–17th at Pops for Champagne; and $5 appetizers and half-price bottles of wine on Sundays at Devon Seafood Grill
(includes all wines under $50, with Moët White Star priced at $15.50). Mondays at NoMI means half off champagne by the glass and bottles from their “Sommelier’s List” in the restaurant or lounge; meanwhile, Roy’s hosts a five-course champagne dinner on Monday,
February 25th (6:30 PM; $85 per person; reservations required, 312-787-7599).
