The owner of Fixture and the late Meritage is smokin’ meats (pulled pork, brisket and babybacks, duck wings and turkey legs) in bourbon-barrel chips and pouring 200-plus craft beers and 45-plus bourbons at Risqué Café, his new Wrigleyville BBQ joint, where WWII-era cheesecake girls adorn the walls and campy B-movies play on the plasmas; N.B. a buffet is offered for lunch on Saturday and all day Sunday.
