On Sunday, February 10th, Vie’s Paul Virant hosts a six-course Slow Food benefit dinner with guest chefs Sean Eastwood (Isabella’s Estiatorio and the soon-to-open Olo), Carrie Nahabedian (Naha), Bruce Sherman (North Pond), Sarah Stegner and George Bumbaris (Prairie Grass Cafe). Following hors d’oeuvres and cocktails, each chef will prepare a course; proceeds from the evening will be donated to Slow Food Chicago and Slow Food Nation (6 PM; $150 per person includes wine pairings; reservations are recommended, 708-246-2082).
