Let Them Eat Local

All season long, 312 Chicago chef Dean Zanella hosts a weekly Wednesday night dinner series called "Learn How to Be a Locavore." The four-course dinners include information on the eco-conscious eating movement with guest speakers, recipes and tips. Zanella prepares the meal with ingredients from the Green City Market and other sources within 20 miles of the Loop restaurant ($40, $55 with wine; open seating between 5:30–7:30 PM; reservations required; 312-696-2420).
