After succumbing to CTA expansion in its original location, Bottom Lounge has reemerged in a spacious two-story indie venue in the West Loop where microbrews splash from the taps and notable acts thrash on the stage; the tiki-style, second-floor Volcano Room – bolstered by reasonably priced rum drinks, a skyline view and a deck – is suited for sustenance, which comes in the form of familiar pub grub.
