In conjunction with the American Cheese Society’s annual meeting in Chicago, Cafe Matou chef Charlie Socher will offer a four course menu that highlights artisanal cheeses and dairy on Thursday, July 24th. Expect dishes like house-cured salmon with crème fraîche, black peppercorns and caperberries, grilled lamb served with aged goat cheese and eggplant, and white farmer’s cheese with roast figs, berries and honey ($60 per person; reservations available throughout the night; 773-384-8911).
