SugarToad To Land in Naperville

From chef Jimmy Sneed comes SugarToad at the Hotel Arista in Naperville. Named for a sweet (sugar) and ugly (toad) blowfish from the Chesapeake Bay that Sneed has been cooking with for more than 20 years – and that he'll serve as a complimentary tempura-style teaser – the regional American will feature dishes like smoked trout from South Carolina and shitake mushrooms and ham from Virginia; expect a September 12th debut (2139 CityGate Ln., Naperville; 888-504-0088).
