Michael Jordan's Main Culinary Man Takes His Ball and Runs

On September 6th, Martial Noguier, executive chef of one sixtyblue, the swanky Market District restaurant partially owned by Michael Jordan, is leaving after cooking French-tinged New American cuisine there for the past eight years. In October, he’ll take the helm as executive chef of the Gold Coast's Sofitel and its main dining room, Café des Architectes.
