On September 7th at the Kohl Children's Museum of Greater Chicago, 11 chefs, including John Bubala (ex Timo), Gil Langlois (Chalkboard) and Benjamin Browning (Landmark), will prepare gourmet versions of classic kids' dishes like chicken nuggets and mini Kobe beef burgers.
