Tomorrow the owners of Rogers Park's Good to Go Jamaican will open Jamaica, Jamaica, their upscale outpost in Evanston. To capture authentic flavors lacking locally, owners boast homemade marinades and rubs prepared with spices directly imported from Jamaica.
