Macarons Pop Up in the Park Hyatt

On Black Friday, November 28th, Andrés Lara, the new pastry chef at the Gold Coast's popular French NoMI, is launching La Boule de Noël, a temporary holiday macaron boutique in the Park Hyatt. Open every Tuesday through Saturday from 4:30–6:30 PM until December 31st, the pop-up mini-store will be offering a daily variety of six to eight French macarons like hazelnut praline, gingerbread, salted caramel–pecan and lemon for $2 apiece or $18 for one dozen in a gift box. Patrons are invited to enjoy their macarons in the hotel's library accompanied by a cup of espresso, coffee or tea. Seating is on a first come, first served basis (800 N.
