mk’s Hot Toddy Recipe:
1 ½ oz whiskey
1 oz honey
1/3 oz lemon
3 oz African amber tea
Coat the bottom of a mug or an Irish coffee glass with honey. Then add whiskey and the juice of the lemon. Boil water and add the tea bag to make hot tea. Pour the steaming tea into the glass and stir.
