A trio of female restaurant veterans (whose combined backgrounds include Tizi Melloul and the former Tomboy) has opened Briejo, an upscale-casual arrival serving midpriced New American dinner and brunch fare in Oak Park’s art district; the modern storefront setting has a cozy, loftlike feel, with warm lighting, floor-to-ceiling windows, a chic bar and patio dining in season.
