Frugal oenophiles might want to head down to River North's Bin 36 tonight. The New American–French is kicking off a monthly "Wine Around" series hosted by wine director Brian Duncan, and tonight the theme is "The Absolute Hottest Wines Under $20." It won't just be drinking, either. Chef John Caputo will be producing small bites to chew on between tipples (6–8 PM; $25 per person; 312-755-9463).
