Now through March 9, Green Zebra is offering a four-course, $45 menu showcasing the versatility of mushrooms. While dishes will rotate, expect items such as savoy cabbage rolls, mushroom crêpes and grilled mushrooms with brown-butter polenta. On Monday, March 9, chefs Molly Harrison and Shawn McClain will host an intimate culinary demonstration highlighting the best techniques and recipes for preparing 'shrooms. Samples with wine pairings will be available during the class, and guests who stay afterward for dinner may order any of the seminar's highlighted wines for $10 per bottle (6–7:30 PM; $45 per person; 312-243-7100; reserve online).
