To celebrate the smelt season, Tinley Park seafooder Tin Fish is running a month of specials focused on the local fish. Menu options include fried smelt with homemade tartar sauce ($5.99) and a fried smelt sandwich served on a hoagie roll with chips and coleslaw for $6.99, but do note that availability depends upon the day's catch (708-532-0200).
