Michael Lachowicz (Michael) is behind Wally & Agador's, a Boys Town sandwich source named for his two dogs, which serves cheekily named ’wiches made with luxe ingredients (Esther Williams lobster-scallop sausage, anyone?) along with salads and soufflés; the subterranean counter-service setting includes a handful of tables, and though you can BYO, you’ll need to bring glassware too.
