On August 13, 2009, Share Our Strength's
Taste of the Nation event returns to Chicago with some of the city's hottest chefs, restaurants and mixologists raising funds to end childhood hunger. Participant toques, including Mindy Segal (
Hot Chocolate), Michael Sheerin (
Blackbird), Ryan Poli (
Perennial), Bill Kim (
urbanbelly), Paul Virant (
Vie), Kristine Subido (
Wave), Todd Stein (
Cibo Matto) and Michael Kornick (
