L2O makes a tuna sno-cone

Most places, sno-cones are made with ice, flavored syrup and, if you're lucky, booze. But if the blog for L2O is any indication, here in Chicago sno-cones can be so much more. As Grub Street Chicago noted, they can also be made from frozen tuna. The restaurant doesn't have a plan to put the dish on the menu yet, but we can't wait until they do.
