To celebrate executive chef John Coletta’s new cookbook, 250 True Italian Pasta Dishes, Quartino (312-698-5000) in River North is offering $5 featured pasta lunch specials for the next five weeks. Conveniently, all the dishes will be served with a printed version of the recipe. Until October 18, orecchiette with broccoli rabe will be on the menu. Afterward, expect the likes of spaghetti with pecorino romano and black pepper (October 19–25), fusilli with fresh ricotta (October 26–November 1), penne with cherry tomatoes (November 2–8) and bigoli with speck and broccoli (November 9–15).
