Province is finding providence in the market. Each Wednesday the West Looper is offering diners a special three-course prix fixe dinner ($38, $60 with wines) and lunch ($25 for three courses, $20 for two) based on the choice bounty available at Chicago’s farmer's markets. Expect dishes like Klug Farms pear salad with Spanish blue cheese, candied almonds and creamy sherry dressing and Dietzler Farms beef short ribs with Green Acres Farms carrots, sweet potatoes and caramelized onions (312-669-9900; reserve online).
