The new spot is located in a rehabbed pre-Victorian house filled with cherry wood tables, black-and-white photos of Italy and silk light fixtures. The menu will include bar snacks like charcuterie, salumi, duck-fat french fries and cheddar fritters as well as an awful lot of offal like grilled sweetbreads and pig&amp;#39;s ear salad. &amp;Uuml;ber-mixologist Debbie Peek is consulting on the cocktail menu, which will be a mix of classics (think Moscow Mule and Pisco Sour) and fresh in-season drinks including the Peach Smash (bourbon, fresh peaches, lemon and mint).&lt;/p&gt;
