The first overseas outpost of a South African–based restaurant group, Haiku is a hip new Asian eatery situated discreetly in a cul-de-sac off Regent Street; it’s spread over three dark floors, each with a single-technique kitchen that produces expensive steamed, grilled or sizzling Pan-Asian fare.
