D&D London (formerly Conran Restaurants Ltd.) is opening Skylon in May in South Bank’s Royal Festival Hall (Southbank Centre, Belvedere Rd., SE1; 020-7654 8000), which has just undergone a major refurbishment. Executive chef Helena Puolakka (ex Fifth Floor) will cook Modern European fare with British influences.
