The Albion, a country-style, Georgian pub in the middle of Islington – feted for its impressive 450-sq.-ft. garden with fruit trees and clinging wisteria – has received a sympathetic, comfy makeover after being taken over by chef Richard Turner (ex Automat); the midpriced Traditional British menu features classics such as shepherd’s pie and bubble and squeak, with BBQ and spit roasts prepared in the garden.
