Amaya is offering a new diet-friendly menu at lunch and dinner that contains only 400 calories and eight grams of fat – for all three courses (£16.50). Dine on smoked chicken consommé with lime and coriander; mixed green salad with tomatoes, cucumber and tandoori grouper; and fresh pomegranate granite.
Now open for breakfast from 8 AM to midday, Butlers Wharf Chop House is serving classic breakfast items as well as boiled eggs and Marmite soldiers; bubble and squeak with poached egg; and Gloucester Old Spot sausage doorstep – a sandwich made from two thick-as-a-doorstep slices of white farmhouse toast.
Hush has introduced a new menu including dishes such as goat cheese on toasted Poilane bread with jambon de Bayonne; steak tartare with pommes allumettes; and Mars Bar cheesecake – perfect for its alfresco courtyard tucked away in Mayfair’s Lancashire Court.
There's now a Sunday Roast four-course tasting menu for lunch at Maze featuring dishes such as pumpkin veloute, cep purée and wild chanterelles; roast sirloin of beef with Yorkshire pudding, horseradish pomme purée and red-wine sauce; and orange-scented bread-and-butter pudding with rum-and-raisin ice cream (£24.50).
