The site of the former landmark Empire Ballroom just off Leicester Square has been transformed into The Casino at the Empire, a major new gaming complex by London Clubs International, with a full house of casino distractions; diningwise, the focus is on Flame (pictured above), a dark, plush room offering a Modern European menu dominated by classic chophouse fare, plus there’s FuLushou (pictured after the jump), a casual noodle bar with an undemanding Pan-Asian menu; for dessert, check out Mocha, an ice cream parlour–***–coffee bar.
