After the success of Soho yearling Arbutus, owners Anthony Demetre and Will Smith have opened offshoot Wild Honey in clublike, wood-panelled Mayfair premises that used to house the Drones Club; it serves a similar formula of innovative Modern British cooking at commendable prices for the quality and neighbourhood, and also offers the same clever oenological policy of making the 80-strong wine list available in mini-carafe size (about two large glasses) to encourage experimentation.
