Claiming to be the longest champagne bar in Europe at 96 metres and stretching the length of a platform at the spectacularly renovated St. Pancras International station, The Champagne Bar features an open-plan, open-air setting – with comfy leather banquettes, art deco lamps and warming fan heaters – and serves a traveller-oriented Modern European menu from caterers Searcy, supported by a long list of bubblies; N.B. it’s open from 10 AM–midnight, but takes no reservations.
