The much lauded Acorn House
is opening Water House, a second eco-friendly venture in Hoxton at 10
Orsman Road, N1. The environmentally sustainable restaurant – which
will be run using entirely water-generated power – even promises to
reinvent air-con! The launch has been postponed for a few months
because of building works – no surprise when you're venturing into
unchartered construction territory.
