have a new heavy-duty consultant on board. If you've missed Pierre
Koffmann’s cooking since he shuttered La Tante Claire in 2002, you will
be jumping up and down to know that he's been consulting and cooking at
these two siblings. It's not yet known what the extent of his
partnership is with owners Robert and Robyn Wilson so watch this space.
