Venerable chef Vineet Bhatia has branched out from his Chelsea townhouse flagship, Rasoi Vineet Bhatia, with Urban Turban, a more casual (but still pricey) Westbourne Grove Indian showcasing his sophisticated twist on street food along with some of his signature dishes; its subterranean dining room won't be ready until February, so for now all dining is taking place at the ground-floor bar area.
