Vacant for more than three years, the Grosvenor House’s high-ceilinged, huge-windowed restaurant space overlooking Park Lane has been kitted out like a classic Gallic brasserie to coincide with the arrival of jolly chef Ollie Couillaud (ex Tom’s Kitchen and The Dorchester’s Grill Room), who brings the gutsy tastes of his native Aquitaine region to an expensive French menu at BORD'EAUX; a large outside terrace, cosy cafe and traiteur selling gifts complete the picture of this expansive project.
