It's no run-of-the-mill sushi bar – for lunch or dinner, it serves a specially tailored omakase menu only (£95). But no matter where you’re sitting, everyone can enjoy the newly added wine list – previously, the drink options were limited to sake, shochu cocktails, beer and champagne.
