Want to feel like you're at a Spanish market without travelling all the way down south? A Taste of Spain will showcase regional cuisine, wine, music and culture at London's Borough Market on Wednesday 4th and Thursday 5th June (noon–8 PM). Some of the famed food stalls from Barcelona's La Boquería will be there, as will food and wine from Andalucía, Balearic Islands, Catalonia, Extremadura, Madrid, Valencia and more. Chefs from Spanish restaurants in London – including Cigala and Tapas Brindisa – will be on hand to demonstrate dishes for sampling.
