After displaying a love of all things Iberian at their West End hot spots Fino and Barrafina, Sam and Eddie Hart turn toward Traditional British fare at their revamp of the iconic former Italian Quo Vadis in Soho; after a bright, polished makeover, the space includes modern art, a ground-floor dining room with dark-tan banquettes and handsome stained-glass windows shielding diners from passing pedestrians, and an upstairs offering two private dining rooms and a pool room–equipped members club.
