Chelsea's Manicomio will open its offshoot in the City, Manicomo Gutter Lane, on Monday. Set in the new striking three-story Sir Norman Foster–designed building, the Italian destination will have a ground-floor cafe and takeaway, a first-floor restaurant and the second-floor Roundhouse Bar (named after the original Roman Roundhouse site on which the building sits). It's only open on weekdays, but the venue is available for private functions at weekends (6 Gutter Ln., EC2, 020-7726 5010).
