The Compleat Angler Hotel in Marlow ups the dining ante with the opening of a country outpost of Aubergine, a fine-dining French that's one of London's top-rated restaurants for food. William Drabble, head chef at Aubergine for 10 years, will become executive chef and oversee both the Chelsea and Marlow operations.
