The St. James’s Hotel and Club is set to emerge from refurbishment with a new restaurant, Andaman by Dieter Müller, opening 2nd September. Müller was previously at the acclaimed Schlosshotel Lerbach, near Cologne in Germany, where he was known for his tasting menus, and for this venture he has created dishes inspired by Marco Polo’s spice routes. The 60-seat restaurant will also have a chef’s table for up to eight (7-8 Park Pl., SW1; 020-7316 1600).
