A plush refurb of the St. James's Hotel yielded a classy canvas for newcomer Andaman, where lauded German chef Dieter Müller’s pricey menu is inspired by Marco Polo's spice routes (i.e. Med-biased, with Asian twists); two dining rooms flank a high-stooled bar, while another area boasts a trio of comfy banquettes that resemble points of a compass.
