Le Bouchon Breton, an airy, glass-wrapped French on the upper level of the handsomely restored Spitalfields Market, resembles a traditional Parisian brasserie, with black-and-white flooring, deep-red banquettes and a long pewter bar; the gutsy, pricey menu and well-endowed wine list benefit from the guiding hands of chef Michel Roux Jr. and other recruits from Le Gavroche.
