On 6th February, a refurbished Commander opens to the public in Bayswater. The menu will offer Asian-influenced Eclectic fare served in a bistrolike dining room, and the space also includes an oyster bar, a deli, three private rooms upstairs and a courtyard where independent suppliers will offer fresh fish, meat and flowers (47 Hereford Rd., W2; 020-7229 1503).
