A fourth-generation chef from the De Pra family, which has run Ristorante Albergo Dolada near Venice since 1923, has opened Dolada, the clan’s first overseas offshoot, located in the site of Mayfair's former Mosaico, whose understated decor remains largely unchanged; the sophisticated, pricey Italian fare relies on home-grown produce from the slopes of the eponymous mountain, supported by a wine list starting at a rich £24.
